ASG Juniors merge with Andromeda FC Juniors The ASG Juniors program is one of the most innovative and highly successful training programs because at ASG we take our best coaches with the most experience are and get them involved at the core of what ASG is all about. In the ASG exclusive method all coach’s are trained with ASG Juniors core curriculum. We offer Boys and girls age 7-10 years old the opportunity for advanced development in soccer through a progressive and sophisticated curriculum using coaches with impeccable soccer backgrounds. The ASG Juniors is structured so that player’s mix training with multiple age groups as well as in their specific age group using a repetition based challenging skills and developmental curriculum. This method is unique to ASG because of the quality and educational experience of the staff and the structure provides maximum opportunity for players to develop solid fundamentals, which will lay a much better foundation in their development. As players progress through the The ASG Juniors provides the opportunity to play soccer in a supportive and rewarding environment that emphasizes player development. ASG’s program concentrates on repetition of techniques of soccer utilizing a combination fun through fundamentals training, games, and a challenging environment. We focus on providing an enjoyable environment to learn which builds confidence. Nobody does development better than ASG and while we always try to win our games, we concentrate on making sure our members understand our most important concentration lies in trying to make sure they have the tools to improve. Our belief is that development is a long-term process, which will better serve the individual than short term rewards. We believe a long-term approach cannot be rushed and that it is that approach which is the foundation of our entire club. For that reason we concentrate on starting in the right direction and our ASG curriculum focuses on that direction. The ASG Juniors approaches deveolpment differently than traditional Juniors programs with a curriculum based on enjoyment for the game along with improvement in technical aspects aand a focus on improvement in the coordination needed to reach a players maximum potential. The ASG Juniors insists on quality training habits, optimal skill development and try’s to instill a love for the game, which we believe will carry the player much farther in their goals to improve than a win at all cost program.
